The only one around to help you if you fall is the team you brought with you, and you have to have the right tools to survive in case of an avalanche. Dr. Deborah Gilman will provide detailed training on how to assess clients for suitability in the process from the initial consultation, gather your team for the process, build trust in your team, and develop tools to help assess the risk and avoid impasse.
About the SpeakerDr. Deborah Gilman is a licensed psychologist, mediator, and child specialist with extensive experience in trauma, child development, and high-conflict family dynamics. She maintains both clinical and forensic practices, offering therapy, mediation, parenting coordination, and interventions for families navigating complex challenges. Dr. Gilman earned her Ph.D. from Tulane University and completed advanced training at Johns Hopkins and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
